What is Thin-k?

Thin-k is a CBT-informed weight-management and lifestyle coaching service created to help you break free from rigid diets and all-or-nothing thinking. Instead of focusing only on calories or quick fixes, Thin-k helps you understand the thought patterns and emotions that drive your eating habits — so you can build lasting change from the inside out.

Thin-k’s unique system uses four Focus Zones to target the key areas that shape your wellbeing:

  • 💛 Yellow Zone – Nutrition Focus: Learning flexible, balanced eating without guilt or restriction.

Who Created Thin-k

Thin-k was founded by Richard Creer, a UK-based coach who integrates CBT methods with practical coaching techniques to help clients reach their goals.
Drawing from years of experience in mindset development, behaviour change, and wellness education, Richard created Thin-k to make evidence-based psychology simple, actionable, and relatable.
